Are you a Registered Nurse looking for a new challenge supporting patients in the community?, We are seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to join the Swadlincote Community Nursing Team on a 12-month secondment. Flexible hours and working patterns may be considered for the right candidate. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with general practice, therapy services and home visiting colleagues. Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualised patient care, promoting self-care wherever possible while maintaining privacy, dignity and clinical effectiveness. Provide guidance and support to junior staff in delivering high-quality care, while actively assisting the District Nurse/ Senior Community Nurses in managing the healthcare environment. Due to the nature of the role, the post holder must be able to travel across a wide geographical area, often with equipment, and have access to a suitable vehicle for business purposes, Please review the Job Description and Person Specification.
