Community Staff Nurse

We are looking for Band 5 community nurse who can be responsible for delivering a high standard of nursing care to patients in a community setting.

This is a full time 12 month Fixed Term role.

The successful candidate will be able to work independently, assessing and providing care to individuals with various health needs. This will include those with chronic illnesses, post hospitalisation care, wound management, and palliative care. This list is not exhaustive.
