Community Staff Nurse 0-19 Health Visiting

We have an opportunity for a degree educated registered nurses and midwives looking for a new challenge and the chance to progress their careers with an "outstanding" Trust. You will become valuable members of the 0-19 Children and Young People service in Lewisham & Greenwich NHS Trust., The post holder will be a Registered Nurse who will be a member of the 0-19 public health team under the line management of the School Nurse/Health Visitor. The post holder will have a delegated caseload and under supervision will have a responsibility to carry out specific episodes of care and interventions for children, families and carers. The post holder will work in partnership with the Multi-Disciplinary Team, and other agencies, to ensure that excellent standards of care are provided., 1. Improving representation at senior levels of staff with disabilities, from black, Asian, and ethnic minorities background, identify as LGBTQ+ and women, through improved recruitment and leadership development
2. Widening access (anchor institution) and employability
3. Improving the experience of staff with disability
4. Improving the EDI literacy and confidence of trust staff through training and development
5. Making equalities mainstream
