Community Sports Team Leader

Reporting to the Community Sports Development Manager, you'll act as Duty Team Leader when required, ensuring the smooth, safe, and efficient running of the centre. Based on the gym floor, you'll lead and deliver engaging fitness classes, motivate and support users, and create a welcoming, high-energy environment that encourages participation and progression.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills who can confidently lead groups, explain techniques clearly, and adapt their approach to meet individual needs. The ideal candidate will be both an effective speaker and an attentive listener, able to understand and respond to clients and visitors in a way that fosters an inclusive, supportive, and inspiring sporting environment.
