community safety enforcement officer

This is a highly visible and rewarding role focused on keeping our town centre safe, welcoming, and well-managed. As a community safety enforcement officer, you will:

• conduct high visibility patrols across the town centre
• engage positively with businesses, residents, and visitors
• address anti-social behaviour and support vulnerable individuals
• issue fixed penalties and support problem solving approaches
• contribute to joint operations with police and partner agencies
• support community safety initiatives and local intelligence gathering
This role operates on a shift pattern, which includes some evening and weekend work to ensure we have the right presence at the right times.

• professional, calm under pressure, and solutions focused
• in possession of a full driving licence
