Community Resilience Worker | Children and Family Wellbeing Service

We're looking for Community Resilience Workers (Outreach) to join the Children and Family Wellbeing Service and support families in our Family Hubs and in the community, a role where every day brings the chance to make a meaningful, lasting impact. Working flexibly across Lancashire's Family Hubs, community venues, and through outreach, you'll connect with families who may not otherwise access support, helping them stabilise, grow and thrive. You'll:

• Build trusted, respectful relationships with families
• Provide practical, hands-on support when it's needed most
• Deliver engaging group sessions and drop-ins
• Work alongside partners to create a joined-up, accessible support network
Your work will directly help families overcome barriers, build resilience and improve outcomes for children and young people. We're seeking people who are:
• Compassionate, approachable and non-judgemental
• Skilled at building relationships and engaging communities
• Confident delivering group sessions and working one-to-one
• Adaptable, proactive, and solutions-focused
  
  Experience working with children, young people, and families
• Strong communication and partnership-working skills
• A good understanding of the challenges facing families today
