An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Community Rehabilitation Nurse/ Allied Health Professional (AHP) to join The Childrens Trust community service provision on a 12 month fixed term contract. You will lead on the design and delivery of virtual/ Telehealth Hub advice, consultation and brain injury education, The role of the role of the Community rehabilitation Nurse/ Allied Health Professional (AHP) is to provide high quality, evidence based services, offering virtual advice, consultation and brain injury education to children, young people and families across the UK.

You will support community service provision and lead on the design and delivery of virtual/ Telehealth Hub advice, consultation and brain injury education. You will work closely with external partners such as major trauma centres, schools and charities to develop a service which offers responsive and effective advice to children and young people with acquired brain injury. The offer will work together with the new launch of The Childrens Trust digital transformation resources and the Childrens Trust strategic ambition to reach every child in the UK with a brain injury.

The Childrens Trust is the UKs leading charity for children with acquired brain injury, providing expert rehabilitation, education, therapy, and care at our national specialist centre in Tadworth, and to children and their families across the UK, via our Brain Injury Community Service.
