Deliver recovery-focused mental health care in community settings
Manage a caseload of patients with complex needs
Conduct mental health and risk assessments
Develop and review personalised care plans
Administer and monitor medication in line with NMC guidelines
Carry out home visits and community interventions
Work with multidisciplinary teams including social workers and psychiatrists
Respond to crisis situations and support relapse prevention
Maintain accurate clinical records

Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with valid NMC registration
Proven UK experience as a CPN (community experience essential)
Ability to manage caseloads independently
Right to work in the UK
Up-to-date mandatory training
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
Experience within Community Mental Health Teams (CMHT)
Knowledge of Care Programme Approach (CPA)
Strong understanding of risk and safeguarding
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Full UK driving licence (service dependent)

Pay Rate: £25 - £40 per hour (dependent on experience, banding, and service)
