Community Program Manager

As a Community Program Manager, you are a driven and well-organized person ready to help cultivate the global technology communities and help them thrive. You are friendly, outgoing, and want to help make an already-successful developer community even better. You are good at keeping track of details (which you'll need when you're coordinating meetups and other events worldwide) and great at maintaining relationships with a large number of people (which you'll need when you're getting to know community leaders, meetup organisers, and speakers). You have experience working in a marketing or developer relations team. Reporting to the Director of Community and working remotely in the UK. You will help the team advance its mission: to help earn the love of developers, admins, and architects who are adopting the technologies IBM supports. Required technical and professional expertise

Excellent ability to communicate with colleagues and external figures

• Ability to work remotely and excel in an independent way
• Good interpersonal skills
• Understanding of marketing as a business function
• A very organized and reliable individual
• Strong skills with word processing, spreadsheets, email, social media platforms. Ideal but not required experience with hosting Zoom events and Airtable management.
