Ready to take the next step in your physiotherapy career and make a visible difference every day? Join our Upper Lea Valley Integrated Care Team as a Band 6 Physiotherapist and help us deliver outstanding community care.,
- Assess, diagnose and treat a varied community caseload, using evidence-based interventions tailored to individual needs.
- Collaborate across the MDT, offering expert advice and guidance to colleagues, carers and families to support safe, timely care.
- Demonstrate strong clinical reasoning, communicating clearly and compassionately--especially where there may be barriers to understanding.
- Contribute to service quality, sharing learning, supporting juniors and students, and helping to drive continuous improvement.
- Work as a proactive team member, using your initiative and prioritising effectively in a dynamic community setting.
- You are required to hold a full, valid, UK driving licence and have access to a car to use with business insurance (unless the member of staff has a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010).
A motivated, enthusiastic clinician with excellent communication skills. - A team player who is confident working independently and collaboratively.
