Community Physiotherapist

Are you a motivated Physiotherapist looking to develop your skills in a supportive community setting? We are seeking an experienced (significant experience) Band 5 Physiotherapist to join our Community Resource Team in Caerphilly for a 6-month fixed-term post. You will assess and treat adults in their own homes, supporting independence and providing rehabilitation. You will gain experience across a wide range of conditions including musculoskeletal, neurological and will gain experience working within the falls team. This is not a rotational post, however as the conditions within the community are varied you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge. The role offers regular supervision, learning opportunities, and support for continued professional development., The Physiotherapist (non-rotational) works in a specific clinical area and participates as a member of the physiotherapy team managinga clinical caseload with the support and guidance of senior clinicians. The post holder, with senior support, will consolidate theirundergraduate clinical education and develop their independent clinical practice. o The post holder will contribute to implementing changes in their own clinical area to improve patient care and efficiency of servicedelivery. They will contribute to audit and may also participate in research activities.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
