Full Job Description
To provide secretarial and administrative support to the coordination of the child protection clinic and looked after children clinic. The work involves contact with health care services and partner agencies.
The post holder is part of a specialist team and involves the handling of very sensitive, emotive and confidential information regarding vulnerable children.
This is an important role within the service and you will utilise your strong communication and organisational skills to support the smooth running of the safeguarding clinics. With experience of working within an office environment, you'll have excellent typing and Microsoft Office IT skills and be familiar with audio/digital dictation. Knowledge and experience of safeguarding will be advantageous.
