Full Job Description
As a Community Paediatric Care Assistant, you'll provide essential support to children and young people, including: # Personal Care and Support: Assist with daily tasks to ensure comfort and well-being @ Challenging Behaviour Support: Manage and respond to challenging behaviours with sensitivity - Community Access: Support children in accessing and participating in community activities = Promoting Independence: Encourage and empower children to achieve greater autonomy
- Medication Support: Ensure safe administration of medication + Specialist Clinical Care: Provide advanced clinical care, including ventilation, tracheostomy care, enteral feeding, nebuliser treatment, and seizure management
- A valid driver's licence and reliable access to a personal vehicle

We seek individuals who have: o At least 6 months of professional care experience or experience caring for a loved one in the UK # The right to work in the UK @ Registration with Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills = Experience working with children and young people (preferred, but not essential as full training is provided)
