Lead community engagement, building and fostering relationships to expand and deliver partnerships that are aligned with organisational goals, build a pipeline of opportunities that deliver community impact. Developing and supporting contract delivery through a suite of KPIs., The Community Engagement Manager will lead the strategic planning, coordination, and execution of community support and service activities. This will involve developing and monitoring detailed work plans, setting measurable metrics, and ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery of initiatives. They will oversee both internal and external resources to drive successful outcomes for community-focused programs. In collaboration with Directors and clinicians, the Community Manager will support the achievement of departmental strategic goals and objectives, ensuring alignment with broader organisational priorities. They will provide comprehensive oversight and prepare detailed reports on the progress of the community impact program, ensuring all deliverables are met to the highest standard.
