Provide guidance and support on all tenancy-related matters, including tenant and landlord responsibilities. Carry out weekly wellbeing checks with customers, either in person, through observation, or via telephone/alarm call systems, and respond appropriately to emergency situations when required. Ensure customers are signposted to, or can access, services that are appropriate to their individual needs. Prepare and submit budget proposals with supporting documentation and manage the allocation of community funds. Ensure all health and safety requirements are completed at agreed intervals, with day-to-day and monthly checks accurately recorded. Maintain and regularly update Business Continuity Plans, ensuring customer information is accurate and current. What we're looking for Health and Safety Level 2 is desirable.
