Full Job Description

This an exciting opportunity to join the Wye Valley Trust Home Enteral Feeding Service within the Nutrition + Dietetics Team as a Community Nutrition Nurse. This role is suitable for an experienced nurse with an interest in enteral feeding.
You will work alongside our Home Enteral Feeding dietitians + Inpatient Nutrition Nurse.
Secondment can be considered., The post holder will be responsible for providing training to patients, carers and HCPs re: management of enteral feeding tubes and stoma site care.
The post holder will carry out patient reviews + assessments in clinics, patients own home and care home settings. They will provide troubleshooting advice and assistance to patient + carers managing enteral feeding tubes in the community.
