Community Nursery Nurse

Hours available part time/full time.

All eligible staff recruited to the Trust are expected to maintain their annual update subscription whilst employed with the Trust as a condition of employment., The Community Nursery Nurse will work both independently and as part of the health visiting team to promote positive outcomes for children and young people. The main duties of the role include carrying out developmental assessments and supporting parents/carers by offering advice and support /care interventions on a wide range of health issues; including, toileting, behaviour management, and parenting advice, individually and in groups.
