Community Nurse - East Area Evening & Overnight Nursing Service

The aim of the service is to provide a timely respond to patients, families and other healthcare professionals to avoid unnecessary hospital admissions, provide advice and support when other help is unavailable.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified and experienced Band 5 nurses to join the East Area Out of Hours District Nursing Service, The successful candidates will be quick thinking, with the ability to problem solve, assess and deliver care to patients in any community setting., The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
