This role allows you to rotate across our community teams, including urgent response, community nursing, and Hospital at Home giving you the chance to broaden your experience and clinical skills. • Delivering evidence-based nursing care, including assessment, care planning, and record maintenance.

• Maintaining compliance with clinical, legal, and ethical standards.
  
  Essential
• Registered Nurse (Adult) or Paramedic with current NMC or HCPC registration
• Ongoing professional development relevant to a Band 5 role
• Confident in using structured approaches to assess, plan, and evaluate care
• Versatile clinical experience suitable for a community setting
• Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
