Community Nurse Associate

We have nine teams across North Kirklees and Greater Huddersfield, delivering high-quality care to patients in their own homes and local communities. As a Band 4 Nurse Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting registered nurses and the wider team to provide person-centred care, carrying out delegated clinical tasks, and helping patients manage their health needs effectively. Our service operates between 8am and 9pm, with core hours of 8am5pm. You will work a minimum of one weekend in four and two late shifts (1pm9pm) over a four-week period.,

• Delivering safe, compassionate care under the direction of a RN
• Carrying out delegated clinical tasks such as wound care, observations, supporting medication administration within your scope of practice
• Supporting patients with long-term conditions to promote independence
• Contributing to health promotion, service improvement initiatives
What were looking for:
• A qualified Nurse Associate registered with the NMC
• Commitment to delivering high standards of care, working as part of a multidisciplinary team. Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Adaptability, reliability, a positive approach to learning and development
