Full Job Description

Are you looking to progress your leadership skills and be at the forefront of change? We are seeking a Community Nursing Sister/Qualified District Nurse to work within our integrated Primary Care Hub, which covers Dunstable and Leighton Buzzard (this post predominately covers Leighton Buzzard). This is a friendly, dedicated and supportive team where professional guidance is readily available. We are an Outstanding Trust where the focus is on the delivery of quality outcomes and improving the patient experience.

We are looking for someone who is dynamic and motivated and has the confidence to support, coach and develop individuals to deliver consistently high quality services. You will also be required to manage your own caseload. Excellent communication and time management skills, and sound clinical knowledge, is essential. A flexible approach is required to accommodate the changing needs of the service along with the drive to influence service development.

Our mission is to make a positive difference to people's lives by improving the quality of life for all we serve. Our values are: We Care, We Respect, We are Inclusive - so we are looking for people who live and breathe these qualities when supporting service users and carers, and in their relationships with colleagues in the Trust and our partner organisations.

We offer excellent development opportunities and training that can be directed towards your needs/goals.

You must have a driving license and have access to a vehicle in order to carry out your duties. You will be required to work a shift pattern covering 7 days a week 08:00-16:00 or 13:00-21:00. The post is 37.5 hours per week.
