An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse to join our team in the Havering Mental Health & Wellness Team North. We are seeking an experienced, motivated and compassionate mental health nurse to join us in providing high quality, person centred care within a community setting. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support individuals experiencing a range of mental health and wellbeing needs, working as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver timely, responsive, and recovery-focused interventions. The post holder will play a key role in assessing needs, planning and delivering interventions, and supporting individuals to improve their mental health, resilience, and overall wellbeing. You will work collaboratively with service users, carers, and partner agencies to ensure a holistic approach to care, promoting recovery, independence and reducing reliance on secondary services. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent, communication, To work flexibly within the demands of the service To be responsible, and accountable, for service delivery to clients/patients. To be able to assess and develop plans of care to meet the complex needs of patients with a variety of conditions. To be responsible for providing accurate records of information required by the Trust for audit purposes. To ensure effective risk management at team level by accident/incident reporting, assessing and controlling risk. To provide supervision to junior colleagues. To be computer literate. Excellent verbal and written communication skills The ability to travel to a variety of sites.
