We are looking to recruit a part time registered nurse to work within the Amber Valley Community nursing service. . We are friendly, supportive teams who work closely together to meet the needs of the housebound population within Amber Valley. There has never been a more exciting time to join one of the largest specialist community NHS providers in the country - one that is also among the very best NHS employers, as voted by its own staff., The successful applicant/s will be responsible for managing referrals into our services and providing evidence-based care to support patients in their own homes. To assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualised patient care promoting self care wherever possible in an efficient and clinically effective way, whilst maintaining privacy and dignity is vital. Providing advice, guidance and support to junior staff in the delivery of high quality care and actively supporting the District Nurse/Senior Community Nurse in the management of the health care environment are integral to this role.. This great opportunity includes working alongside members of the MDT including Therapy Teams, General Practice and Specialist Services .
