Community Neuro Physiotherapist

The team provides a stroke pathway for clients recently discharged from stroke units and a long term neurological conditions pathway for either progressive or acquired neurological conditions.

This is an opportunity to develop your clinical physiotherapy practice and deliver evidence based assessment and rehabilitation with a focus on functional rehabilitation in client homes and supporting clients with complex disabilities..

We have exciting opportunities for a Band 6 physiotherapist to join our specialist multidisciplinary community neuro rehabilitation service., The successful candidate will provide evidence-based, goal focused rehabilitation appropriate to the various specialist areas. We are looking for a highly motivated team worker with excellent communication skills.

You will need to have postgraduate experience, including substantial experience working in neurology, rehabilitation and experience or an interest in the community setting within the NHS.

We are a small, friendly team based across Ealing borough, we support staff to be autonomous and will support you in developing your clinical, supervisory and management skills.
