Community Navigator

As the Community Navigator, your role will aim to address the rising needs of adults in Cambridgeshire by connecting them with local services, community groups, and emotional support to reduce isolation, enhance mental health, and support independent living.

Candidates must have an NVQ level 2 (or equivalent) in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards this.

Previous experience of working with individuals to assess their needs and produce plans to meet outcomes is essential for this role.

We are seeking individuals who can showcase that their personal values align ours here at Making Space.

The team use their local knowledge to link people in with services and use their knowledge and expertise to provide advice, information, guidance and signposting. The role will aim to address the needs of adults on East Cambs and Fenland by offering information and guidance so clients can explore their options.

Please note, this position is predominantly home based with some local travel.

Salary: £14.94 per hour

Hours: 37 per week
