Our Maternity Unit currently supports 5,000 births a year serving women living in the areas of Dartford, Gravesham, Swanley and Bexley divided amongst 7 Community Midwifery teams. We are looking for midwives who have successfully completed a preceptorship programme or have experience at band 6. Experience of community midwifery would be beneficial but not necessary as a full introduction to community midwifery will be provided by the trust and supported by the Community Matron, Team Leaders and the Practice development team., PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS ROLE WILL NOT BE SPONSORED. Candidates must have the right to work in the UK independently, as visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
