Full Job Description
Restormel Community Mental Health Team is looking for a motivated and experienced Mental Health Nurse to join our friendly and supportive team within Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of people experiencing mental health difficulties and to support their recovery through high-quality, person-centred care. We are seeking a dynamic practitioner to lead our duty desk service. The role involves managing incoming telephone calls, triaging referrals, coordinating information and working closely with colleagues across the multidisciplinary team. You will need to be highly organised, able to prioritise effectively in a busy environment, and confident in making clinical decisions. This is a community-based role that may require frequent travel to various locations throughout the county including areas that may not be accessible by public transportation.
