Our Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) currently has an opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic Community Mental Health Nurse to join the team. B & P CMHT cover the areas of Bordon, Petersfield and the Strawberry Primary Care Network in Havant The team is a highly supportive and innovative team that aspires to provide a responsive, safe, effective, caring service that is well led. You will be joining a team that is established and supportive. We are looking to recruit a health care professional who is skilled and with a passion for working within mental health to deliver high quality of care and support. This post is open to newly qualified nurses and we encourage applications from newly qualified staff who are looking to work with the CMHT., To assess, plan, implement and evaluate the nursing care needs of a specific group of service users. To supervise mentor and teach qualified and unqualified staff including students.
