Full Job Description
The North West Community Adult Mental Health Team is looking to employ an enthusiastic and motivated Band 6 Senior Mental Health Nurse. Are you passionate about promoting recovery and do you hold the values and beliefs in line with the 'Recovery' model and ways of working within mental health? Are you someone who wants a career within Adult Mental Health Care, with a forward thinking Trust and team supporting you? Our Team and Service is committed to supporting you in developing career pathways within the community and retaining good quality and experienced staff.
- Nursing degree or equivalent
- Mentoring / Mentorship (ENB988 or equivalent), Experience of working within a multi-disciplinary team
- Familiar with risk assessment and its management
