An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Community Mental Health Nurse to join our team in Scarborough.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic individuals who are able to work with the wider MDT, voluntary sector and third sector organisations.
You must have the Right to Work in the UK in order to be successfully appointed to this role. Please note, this role does not meet the required eligibility criteria for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker visa and therefore the Trust is unable to offer sponsorship for this particular role., This is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to develop into a community role within a team of supportive and experienced professionals. You will demonstrate excellent assessment skills, interpersonal, and team working skills and be able to work collaboratively with a range of statutory and third sector agencies.
You will hold a caseload of cases, carry out duty days, and initial assessments.
The role will involve administering of depot medication and monitoring compliance and concordance with any other medications and side effects.
You must be able to travel independently in the community and have access to a car to support with patient visits., Here at Tees, Esk and Wear Valley Foundation NHS Trust, we want you to have a positive experience when you start your new role with us. We run a monthly face to face Trust Welcome Day and where possible, this will be your first day of employment. However, if this date is not possible, you will be required to attend a Trust Welcome Day within 4 weeks of your start date.
