To be you and to do what you do best in the job you love! The successful applicant will take the lead of a caseload of patients and be at the forefront of their care/ or be part of the triage team. You will also be expected to work in collaboration with the Operational Team Manager, Clinical Leads/Senior Practitioners and to have close working relationships with the Inpatient Service and Home Treatment Team. The North Kensington & Chelsea Community Mental Health Hub (KCCMHH) , based in Woodfield Road is looking for a passionate Registered Mental Health Nurse who is looking to make a difference whilst working in an environment that promotes staff development and training opportunities. CNWL is passionate about developing its own staff, driving them to go on to become more established practitioners and this post gives you the room to do so! KCCMHH is aligned to two local Primary Care Networks (PCN).
