As Community Matron, you will provide visible clinical leadership, champion evidence-based practice, and support the team to deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care. You will play a key role in embedding national guidance, driving quality improvement, supporting professional development, and contributing to the strategic direction of our specialist service., We are have an exciting opportunity to offer the role into a Community Matron position toenhance the safety, experience and outcomes of people using our Perinatal Community Mental Health Team in Suffolk. This is a unique opportunity for somebody with a drive to embed high quality care to our cohort of service users, based on best practice and national guidance. The role will involve providing leadership as well as clinical support to the team whilst contributing to the implementation of strategic plans. We are looking for a person who is kind and compassionate to others, and is proactive in helping people reach their potential whilst maintaining high quality care. This is an exciting time for change within NSFT, this opportunity will benefit someone looking expand their already established nursing practice, knowledge and clinical leadership to embed and maintain effective systems for quality assurance and high standards clinical care As Matron, you will be expected to demonstrate the qualities and skills associated with a clinical leadership role and be accountable for services meeting essential standards of care as outlined by the CQC as well as agreed local and national quality standards encompassing the following domains:
