Full Job Description
Service/Ward/Department Summary: The post-holder will be based within the Learning Disability Team in Oldham which is a truly multidisciplinary team that works with individuals with a mild, moderate or severe learning disability from age 18. We deliver high quality health assessments and interventions to people with complex and challenging needs. The team comprises of community nurses, speech and language therapists, psychologists, physiotherapy, dietetics and psychiatry input.
We are proud to provide high quality mental health and learning disability services, both inpatient and in the community across five boroughs of Greater Manchester - Bury, Oldham, Rochdale, Stockport and Tameside.
