Community IV Nurse- Oxford

Join our Clinical Homecare Nursing Team and make a real difference to patients' lives by delivering specialist IV Therapy and Parenteral Nutrition care in the comfort of their own homes. This rewarding community-based role offers the opportunity to build meaningful one-to-one relationships with patients while helping them maintain their independence and receive high-quality care outside of hospital., As a Community IV Nurse, you will provide specialist nursing care to patients in their own homes, supporting them to safely receive treatment outside of the hospital environment.

You will manage your own patient visits, assess patients and deliver prescribed IV therapies and Parenteral Nutrition, while identifying and escalating any clinical concerns appropriately.

A key part of the role is helping patients become confident and independent with their treatment. You will provide education, guidance and reassurance to patients, families and carers throughout their homecare journey.

You will work closely with NHS teams, healthcare professionals and our wider Clinical Homecare Nursing Team to provide a safe and seamless transition from hospital to home and ensure continuity of care.
