You will be part of a progressive and supportive team, where no two days are the same and where compassionate, safe, and effective care is at the heart of everything we do., As a Community Hospital Staff Nurse, you will:
+ Deliver high-quality, holistic nursing care to patients with a range of medical and rehabilitation needs
+ Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to support patient recovery and promote independence
+ Contribute to safe discharge planning and patient flow
+ Maintain a strong focus on patient safety, dignity, and experience
+ Support and engage with patients and families with compassion and professionalism
+ Participate in continuous quality improvement and service development
