We are looking for two compassionate, enthusiastic and caring Healthcare Assistant, who is reliable and flexible to join our Yeovil District Nursing team., You will support and assist Registered Nurses/Midwives as a member of the nursing team and under supervision perform a broad range of activities and assigned tasks as required by the patients individualised care plans.
