Full Job Description
As a Community Gym Assistant you will be responsible for the safe and efficient running of the gym floor, greeting members/potential members, signposting memberships, upselling classes, setting up for classes, and maintaining cleanliness standards throughout the gym and ancillary facilities
- Meet and greet members
- Lead on pre-booked inductions for new or returning members.
- Support with the positive promotion and marketing of the gym and classes. We are looking for an individual who:
- Has experience of working in the sports and leisure industry
- Has a Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification or equivalent
- AAle to be flexible and committed to working evenings and weekends
