Community EPR Project Coordinator

The Community EPR Project Coordinator will provide comprehensive, high level administrative and support services to the Programmes and Digital Transformation (Out of Hospital and Primary Care) team., Our Out of Hospital and Primary Care team are looking for a Community EPR Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of an exciting digital transformation initiative. As an EPR Project Coordinator, you will work closely with Project and Programme Managers to coordinate project activities, maintain key documentation and support governance meetings. This varied role combines project coordination and administrative support, including managing action, risk and issue logs, supporting engagement and go-live activities, coordinating meetings and mailbox management.
