Community Engagement Coordinator

We're seeking a passionate and motivated Community Engagement Coordinator to support adults with no or low qualifications in accessing learning opportunities that can unlock their potential and create brighter futures. You will work closely with local communities, partners, , and support organisations to engage adults who may face barriers to learning. Your role will focus on building relationships, promoting adult education programmes, and supporting individuals to take their first steps into learning, employment, or further training. You will:

• Develop and deliver community engagement activities to reach adults with no or low qualifications.
• Build strong relationships with community groups, voluntary organisations, employers, and local stakeholders.
• Promote adult learning opportunities through outreach events, workshops, presentations, and digital channels.
• Identify and engage adults who may be reluctant to participate in learning.
• Gather feedback and maintain accurate records of engagement activities and outcomes.
