Community Dietetics Administrator

An opportunity has arisen to join the Community Dietetic Team as the Administrator. The Administrators role is to key to the delivery of Dietetic service., The main duties include:

Provide general administration and secretarial support to ensure smooth service operation and clinical care coordination. . Process referrals and perform initial triage according to local policies, taking necessary actions to support patient care. Record and file all referrals following clinical triage procedures. Support, mentor, and deputise for Band 2 staff; handle general office tasks such as clinic bookings, OASIS data entry, and managing phone calls. Use advanced IT skills to produce accurate reports on referrals, caseloads, waiting lists, audits, and service development.
