Community Centres and Partnerships Assistant Manager

The role will predominantly be based at East Oxford Community Centre and Blackbird Leys Community Centre as well as visiting Barton Neighbourhood Centre when required. This will include some operational shift work as well as supporting the Community and Partnerships Manager in developing systems and processes to ensure we have an excellent staff culture and are working closely with our communities to achieve great outcomes including reducing stubborn health inequalities. Also ensuring that the centres are safe, clean and that there are excellent community and customer standards in place
In addition, it may involve work at our other Community buildings that include Rose Hill Community Centre.

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager with a proven track record in a management capacity of working successfully in a busy venue or facility. You should have a clear understanding of the operational challenges and requirements associated with managing high profile community facilities and be an effective leader who is able to get the very best from the team whilst ensuring the facilities are operated safely, efficiently and to very high standards at all times.
