Full Job Description

Starting the day supporting people in their own homes can be both structured and rewarding. With consistent routes and familiar faces, this is a role where routines feel settled - for you and for the people you support.

A role built around consistency and local working

Early shifts focused on morning routines, helping people start their day safely and comfortably.
Regular rounds mean you're not constantly travelling between unfamiliar areas - most days stay within the same local community, covering the Mid & East Devon area.

What makes this role different

Finish by 2:30pm - your afternoons stay yours
Fixed 37.5 hours per week (no zero-hours contracts)
Local routes with minimal travel between visits
Regular customers - building real, familiar relationships
Structured bi-weekly rota with alternate weekends (1 on, 1 off)
What you can expect

£26,000 per year (pro rata)
37.5 hours per week on a fixed rota
Shifts: 07:00 - 14:30 only
28 days holiday (including bank holidays)
