Full Job Description
As a Community Care Worker, you'll provide person-centred care, including: # Personal Care and Support: Assist adults with daily tasks to ensure comfort and dignity @ Companionship: Be a friendly face and a comforting presence - Live-in Care: Provide 24/7 support for those who need it most = Promoting Independence: Empower clients to lead fulfilling lives with autonomy
- Medication Support: Ensure safe and timely administration of medication + Specialist Clinical Care: Handle complex clinical needs with expertise o Palliative and End-of-Life Care: Offer compassionate care during life's most challenging moments
- Experience with complex care (desired, but not essential as full training will be provided)
