What You'll Be Doing

• Completing initial customer assessments and regular care reviews


• Developing and maintaining person-centred care plans


• Monitoring service quality, compliance, and care standards


• Carrying out quality assurance checks and audits


• Supporting and mentoring new care workers through induction


• Conducting competency assessments and spot checks


• Providing coaching, guidance, and ongoing support to care staff

What We're Looking For

• Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification


• Previous experience within a care setting


• Supervisory or leadership experience (desirable)


• Excellent communication and organisational skills


• A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care
