Community Care Assistant

Boomerang Healthcare is seeking compassionate and reliable Community Care Assistants to join our expanding team covering Jarrow and Hebburn, and surrounding areas. In this role, you'll provide essential care and support to individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain independence and quality of life within their local community. This is a highly rewarding opportunity for caring individuals who want to make a real difference every day., As a Community Care Assistant, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred care to clients across Jarrow and Hebburn. You will support individuals with a variety of needs, including elderly care, physical disabilities, and long-term health conditions. This is a community-based role, so you will travel between clients' homes while working independently, with full support from our friendly and experienced care team. Main duties and responsibilities

• Assisting clients with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
• Supporting with medication administration (where appropriate)
• Helping with meal preparation and nutrition
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Assisting with daily living tasks such as shopping and light housekeeping
