Full Job Description
The Community Specialist Falls Team is seeking an organised and motivatedAdministratorto assist with the delivery ofStriding Out GaitSmartandFalls Prevention Clinics across community hubs, continuing with the West community hubs as well as the newly commissioned Bosvena and Three Harboursareas., This is for4 hours per week. Although the role isbased in Bodmin, the administrative work can be completedfrom your usual base if internal., As the Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our community clinics. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating clinic bookings, schedules, and appointment systems
- Managing referrals, waiting lists, and communication with service users
- Providing administrative support to the Falls Technicians and wider clinical team
- Maintaining accurate records, data entry, and reporting
- Liaising with community hubs, Volunteer Cornwall, and partner organisations
- Supporting general administrative tasks to ensure efficient service delivery
Have strong administrative and organisational skills - Are confident using digital systems and managing data
- Communicate clearly and professionally with service users and colleagues
- Can work independently and adapt to a community-based service
- Are enthusiastic about supporting preventative health initiatives
