Full Job Description
We're looking for an organised Administrator to join our Community team. You'll be a key member of our team, You'll handle everything from call enquiries and emails to assisting with reports and administration documentation.,
- Provide administrative support to the community hospice team.
- Manage patient records and ensure accurate data entry.
- Handle phone calls and inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Assist with the preparation of reports and documentation.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed.

We pride ourselves on providing personalised timely care and to enable this to be delivered seamlessly we are seeking a dynamic and organised individual to join our busy department. Requirements: - Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Previous administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach.
