What You'll Do
The Apprentice Coach will support the planning and delivery of cricket sessions across schools, clubs, and community programmes.
Working alongside experienced staff, you will help deliver engaging activities, set up equipment, and ensure a safe, inclusive environment. You will contribute to programmes such as Chance to Shine Schools, while completing a structured coaching pathway. You will gain hands-on experience, mentoring, and develop key coaching, communication, and organisational skills.
The role involves travelling to multiple venues, supporting events, and helping grow participation. Due to the requirement to travel to different venues across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland, a Full Driving Licence is essential for this role.
