The Operations Role - Where you will help residents connect with our services, from housing and repairs to safety and customer support.

The Corporate Role - Where you will bring colleague engagement, organisational change, culture, building development activity and social value initiatives to life.

While each role has a lead portfolio, both officers will work collaboratively across the team and contribute to wider organisational communications activity.

We're particularly keen to hear from Welsh speakers. Welsh-language skills are not essential, but they would be a valuable asset as we continue to develop bilingual communications across Beacon., You'll be a confident communicator who can:
