Communications Officer
Salary: £17,778 actual annual salary
(FTE £26,409) LG Scale 5, spine point 9
27 hours per week, 42 weeks per year (term time plus last 3 weeks in August)
An exciting opportunity has arisen in one of the country's leading selective schools, (awarded The Sunday Times Parent Power East Anglia State Secondary School of the Decade), we are looking to appoint a proactive and dynamic Communications Officer to join our welcoming and supportive school.
This role would suit a recent graduate in an academic subject requiring excellent communication and written skills, or someone with proven experience within a publicity/marketing role. The role focuses on working as part of a team, leading on the school publicity, advertising and social media, is responsible for promotional materials including the prestigious school magazine, with proof reading and reference writing, supporting school events and administrative teacher support also being key aspects of the role.
